The Terms cover the use of the Symlex VPN website, apps, payment portal, and software, together called the "Content.” By agreeing to these Terms, you also agree to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please stop using the services.
We may update these Terms from time to time, so check back periodically to stay informed.
By using the Content or Services, you agree to follow these Terms. This is a legally binding agreement between you and Symlex VPN. If you don't agree, please don't use our Services.
If you create an account directly with us, you confirm that you're at least 18 years old (or a valid legal entity) and that your registration details are accurate. This age confirmation doesn't apply if you bought your account through one of our resellers.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make a major change, we'll email you or post a notice on the Site. By continuing to use our Services after an update, you accept the revised Terms. We recommend checking this page occasionally to stay informed.
We don't permanently store your browsing history, traffic destination, connection content, or DNS queries. We collect only the minimum information needed to run the Services, such as your email address and payment details during signup, and to plan the offers made for your browsing. You can subscribe to Symlex VPN through the Site and the apps on different platforms.
Pricing and plan details are listed on our pricing page. We may change subscription fees with reasonable advance notice, but any price change won't affect your current billing period: it applies only from your next renewal.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period, so your service continues without interruption. You can cancel anytime from your account settings, the App Store, or Google Play.
Each official subscription lets you connect multiple personal devices at the same time. Subscriptions purchased through our reseller program are limited to 1 device unless your reseller plan states otherwise.
Symlex VPN subscriptions are for personal use only. Reselling, sharing, or using an account for commercial purposes is not allowed. You may use one subscription on multiple devices you personally own or control. If we detect that an account is being resold or shared with unrelated users, we may suspend or terminate it without notice or refund, to protect the security of our network.
From time to time, we run campaign-based offers such as free bonus months or price cuts on selected plans. We add these automatically, and they usually appear on your account.
If you apply a coupon code, it will override any active promotional offer. Promotions may be changed, paused, or canceled at any time without prior notice, and they can't be transferred or resold.
(For iOS users, Apple manages all subscription billing, renewals, and extensions according to its own policies. Symlex VPN cannot modify, extend, or cancel an Apple-billed subscription on your behalf.)
‘+Free month’ or ‘Price cut’ is a campaign-based offer by Symlex VPN where users will be rewarded 1/2/3 extra months on specific packages. Eligible users can avail of the offers during the campaign period by purchasing a new subscription.
Extra months will be visible to the user on the payment page during the transaction and will reflect immediately or within half an hour on the account after the initial purchase.
Users can avail of the offer by purchasing the eligible subscription package using any of the supported payment methods: In-app purchase or purchase through a gateway using VISA, MasterCard, Stripe, SSL, etc.
After the package expires, the users can enjoy the offer again for a lifetime period. IN TERMS OF APPLE USERS, THIS OFFER IS VALID ONLY FOR NEW USERS/SUBSCRIBERS TO SYMLEX VPN.
If an eligible user applies an existing coupon code, the offer of free months will be overridden by the coupon itself. upon completing the purchase with any coupon code, any previous promotional offer will be rendered void.
For Apple users, it is important to note that subscription processing and management are handled exclusively by Apple Inc. Symlex has no authority to modify, change, or extend subscriptions for Apple users.
By proceeding with the subscription, users acknowledge and agree to adhere to these terms and conditions set forth by Apple Inc.
According to Apple’s API documentation, The App Store only tries to extend the renewal dates for certain types of subscriptions:
The App Store endeavors to extend renewal dates exclusively for subscriptions that meet the eligibility criteria mentioned above. Once the subscription renewal extension is implemented, it cannot be reversed.
+Free months/Price Cut offer may change with discount offers without any announcements beforehand. Symelx VPN reserves the right to revoke, modify, or cancel the offer at any time. Offer is non-transferable and may not be resold. If you violate any of these terms, the offer will be invalid without any prior notice.
All plans, except the 10-year plan, Lifetime plan, and purchases made using a coupon or affiliate link, include a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of your original purchase. Approved refunds will return 100% of the amount paid for the eligible plan. Refunds are sent to your original payment method and generally take 7 to 30 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider and our processing.
If you subscribed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, Apple or Google handles refunds directly under their own policies, not Symlex VPN.

You're responsible for using Symlex VPN in line with your country's laws. Keep your account details confidential: you're responsible for all activity on your account, so let us know right away if you suspect unauthorized access.

We may research usage data, investigate, and take action, including suspending accounts, if we believe you are breaking these rules. Serious violations can lead to termination without a refund.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to download and use our Software as long as you follow these Terms of Service. You may not modify, reverse-engineer, redistribute, or otherwise use the Software beyond what's expressly allowed, and you can't use our intellectual property without written permission.
Our Content is originally written in English. In many cases (webpages, advertisements, social posts, etc.), we provide translations on a best-effort basis, and we can't guarantee their accuracy. If a translation conflicts with the English version, the English version applies.
We may link to or display third-party content. We don't control these external sites and are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, or policies. A link doesn't mean we endorse or partner with that third party. Trackers, articles, links, and recommendations from third-party sites won't count as our commitment to Symlex VPN services.
We work hard to keep the Site and Services running smoothly, but we provide them "as is" and "as available," without guarantees of uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure performance. VPN speeds, server availability, and coverage can vary due to factors outside our control, such as network issues or third-party outages.
We may limit usage, suspend accounts, or remove content we believe violates these Terms, at our discretion, to protect our Service and other subscribers.
You agree to cover Symlex VPN, its management, executives, officers, employees, and partners against claims, losses, or legal costs arising from your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.
These Terms are mainly governed by the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
Any dispute related to these Terms or the Services will be resolved through binding arbitration under the Rules of the International Center for Dispute Resolution (ICDR), by a single qualified arbitrator with experience in computer networks or internet technology. Arbitration will take place in Road Town, Tortola, British Virgin Islands, unless both parties agree otherwise in writing.
Key points:If any part of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the rest of the agreement remains in effect. If we don't enforce a right or provision at some point, that doesn't mean we waive our right to enforce it later.
